Hawk Throttle Rev

I'm having a problem when I turn the bars right my hawk revs up like I'm pegging the gas... I've tried to reroute the cable with not much luck... Any ideas?

Yes, don't make any right hand turns.

Just kidding. There should be way enough cable not to bind. Is this on a new bike? may have given you a short cable.

It seems like there is enough cable... it's strange.. i'll move the cable around with the tank off and will rev depending on position...

Try adjusting the throttle cable at the throttle and give it some slack. There's an adjusting nut under the throttle on the cable. Page 31 in the manual http://therps.net/DB-Hawk.html
