I'm sure you'll be able to pick one up. It's a relatively "new" offering and ahead of the majority of Chinese sourced bikes. Good luck!

PowerSportsMax sent me a full set. Under warranty as mine were damaged in shipping but it was like a retail packaged set sealed in a bag. So they certainly have or can get them.

Question graphics removal

How hard is it to remove graphics stick-ons?
Will a hair-dryer do it?
GooGone?

5 speed, non-counterbalanced, forks not adjustable and *smaller* frame than the X is my understanding....someone will correct me if I'm wrong I'm sure.

If you want to go custom a graphics kit for 2007-09 Suzuki RMZ 250 should also work.

I was prepared with a heat gun but I don't believe I had to use it to remove my stock decals. This is in Las Vegas, though, where the ambient heat may have done the work for me.

Thanks for the photo. I assume you could go about 1.5 inches lower if a second shock mount hole was drilled.

Decals peel off pretty easily when the bike is new. It might get stickier over time, but a blow dryer or heatgun should help. Googone or any other orange oil adhesive remover will get and remaining adhesive. That seems to get worse with time!

I actually raised the rear to sharpen the steering by increasing the preload on the shock. Yes you could certainly lower the bike if that was desired but the cg is so low that it hardly seems necessary (even as a short rider myself).

I hadn't thought about the idea that you relax the rake if you drop the rear suspension. You are right.

Well, at least you can shimmy up the front forks some to compensate. In fact, more if you install bar backs or raise the bars.

I see so many different numbers on valve clearance. I set both my valves to 0.002, but I don't want them to be too tight. Is brand new never ran so should I set them a little loose until they break in?

2 year update on my original Templar X 250 5 Speed. Bike has been used 80% off road. Being my first China Bike before delivery figured I would only get 1 year out of it. But a few months in I Sold my Honda 230 netting enough to purchase 2 of these.

Never done MX just Enduro. I wanted something that I was fine with laying down hard then bending back/welding & repairing whatever broke. Not abusing the machine just using it like we all thrashed our Honda 80s at teenagers on Dad's dime.

Upgrades

42 Tooth Sprocket
New Roller Chain
Rejet Factory Carb
Spark Arrestor
Spark Plug
Hand Guards

From my house I rip in the bike redlining the engine on the highway to my trail destination. On the farm it's trail riding, steep hill climbs and mud. Holds a steady 200 to 220° oil temp. Starts and shifts no different from day one. Either I've gotten used to the buzzing non- counterbalanced engine or it's smoothed out some.

Bike Failures

Rear Shock (lost all resistance)
Battery
Rear Brake master Cylinder
Stripped Nut/Bolt rear seat
Throttle assembly (TEMU $10)
Cracked Plastic Dummy Radiator Shroud useless.

Lastly I did bend my Subframe. Crossing a Log. I became unbalanced and accidentally full throttle the bike went straight up then straight down on the subframe. It's a slight bend but I notice it.

I want more power. 300cc and 25 to 30 HP please Templar!!

What main jet and pilot jet are you running in that stock carb?
