Open up the Velcro and slip thru the loops

Undo the Velcro at the opposite end to the clips feed it in and it will want to come back to fold it self up etc

Nice to see good reports on the straps. Need to harass my kid about where mine are. Won't be doing much with them, cold, sleet, ice-covered roads. Nice weather when I'm not here. GRRRRR!
