That means you are exactly like me ,I have always enjoyed something I dragged home as a p.o.s. and fixed up to usable condition ,more than a shiny one ,I think it's because I enjoy the challenge of making something out of nothing .As I am 6'5" and so is my boy ,I often donate pedal bikes and dirt bikes and even a few cars that are either too small for us to ride ,or just unneeded after I get them going to a needy person or family .

wow! That brought back memories! I had a Raleigh just like that in college and as recreation. We had bike paths that wound through our community in Maryland all the way through downtown Washington, DC. It was so awesome. I has one of those leather seats,and it tore me up.......

Since we are talking bicycles and mopeds, has anyone here gotten one of these bolt on engine kits?

I really want to try one. And, at only $150, it's very hard resist.

I have installed a few of those kits ,some good some bad ,guess it depends on what you are looking for and your expectations ,but for the money you can't go wrong .
