Interesting, if the rider capacity is '1 person' why the passenger pegs and the 2up seat?

yeah, I saw that.

There are two different sellers on Ebay that have the bike. One says 1 rider, the other doesn't. The one that didn't had a few different quirks, though.

At any rate, Hi-Bird doesn't seem to have a website of it's own (or, at least nothing I could find through a Google search, anyway) so I couldn't find out anything else about them.

Haven't seen the same bike with any other name on them (Roketa, etc) either.

The bike looks like it could be a Honda Nighthawk clone. Lines are similar. Even the seat lines are nearly identical. The only difference would be that the Hi-Bird has a front disc brake. The U.S. Nighthawk had dual drums.

At any rate, very nice looking bike. Would like to get a look at one up close.

Hmmm the specs say single cylinder, yet I seem to see a second pipe exiting the head on the other side of the bike....interesting.

There are now a few others like this popping up on Ebay.

They are apparently being marketed under the brand names Hi-Bird and Ciello. They all have variations on what they are claiming about the bike with respect to thinks like fuel economy and top speed, but that's typical of Ebay listings.

They're all pretty consistent about the single cylinder, despite the fact that they DO have pipes on both sides. I'm guessing it just splits off at the header into two pipes. Not sure if it serves any purpose other than to probably mimic the dual pipes of the Nighthawks.

At any rate, I've gotta admit, that bike is pretty sweet looking in blue or yellow...

This is/was very common with Honda "radial" RFVC heads. Dual exhaust valves leading to dual exhaust ports leading to two smaller headers. This would indicate that the motor is at least a three-valve, if not a four-valve head.

Interesting...wouldn't make sense to split an exhaust port off of a single exhaust valve.

Wow, I looked over this guy's (ddon-Motorextreme's customer)blog, and then went to his "negative" feedback from Motorextreme who stated they "oversold a bike and tried to get him a new one" or something very similar and left their customer a negative! How do you put up an auction for a product you don't have?

I have seen several single cyl bikes set up this way. The thing that interests me is that the engine looks just like the 200 that is in my Roketa dual sport. They could easily be a bored and stroked 200, then put a differnt head on it.

There have been many people looking for a "big bore kit" for the 200's This might be an option for them... although it could be to costly to be worth it.
