Okay, this thread died when winter set in so I'll post the picture from my last challenge. I took this one over the weekend at the local Fireman's Fair. Next challenge will be simple. Post any picture of your bike or bikes. That should be easy. lol

Really pretty embarrassed by these pictures....
1st Picture is the new Yamaha V-Star that I finally got back up and running (picked it up for next to nothing, and $100 in parts later it's bike number 6 in the stable), along with the buried Ural (yes, that's a car seat in the sidecar, no the Bambino hasn't been for a ride, I just had nowhere else to put the car seat at the moment) and if you look really carefully, you can see the frame for the Scrambler on the rolling cart in the back.
2nd Picture is of the CB450 under a tarp until I can get the engine out of it and on the workbench for a teardown. Then I can figure out what went BANG and locked it up. I also picked up that Coolster ATV from my neighbor who moved out and had no idea what it was. It has a Zongshen liquid-cooled engine on it, and if I get some time when we're in the new pad, I'll dig into that and see what I can do with it.
3rd Picture is the Hawk and DR sleeping uncomfortably out behind the house, patiently waiting for the warm trappings of the new three-car garage that's waiting for them at the end of this month...

The next challenge is to take a picture of your bike however you use it most. Commuter bike? In the work parking lot.
Around the farm? Out in a field.
You get the idea...

I use the mean green get the ladies wet machine as a daily driver and trail bike. Hoping to get her out on the Trans America Trail before I leave on deployment. Just put all the major mods on and new tires. The shinko 700's are great.

Next challenge: get a picture of your bike with a group of hooters girls or the equivalent. Good luck!

Nice bike and great first post. Welcome aboard!

Dang! I miss that photo op last night. I was at a car show last night at Hooters.

Once we get into the new pad, they're going to have all the room they can handle. Things are just crazy right now. We're set to move into the new place at the end of the month, so not too much longer to wait.

Any love for a new challenge? As great a shot as hooters broads rubbing my bike down would be,.... looks like a fail. Any new nomination for a challenge?

I'm down for a new challenge. What did you have in mind? We made it into the new pad, but we're still unpacking everything. The bikes have plenty of room to spread out and get some work done on them now.

Jerry, already have my eye out for number 7. I've got an ear to the ground for a 2007-2011 Triumph Dayton 675. I'd like to find a British Racing Green one, but I'll settle for a red or black one. The white ones just don't speak to me the way the other colors do. The next bike for the stable may have to go on the back burner for a month or two, though. I just got a $3,300 car repair bill, and I picked up another investment property back in Georgia that's going to need some work. I should really get one of the classic Hondas back up and running first. The Scrambler is the empty frame on the cart near the garage doors, so that one is going to take quite a while to get sorted. The CB has a locked up engine, but is otherwise in passable shape. I suppose that I should find some time to pull the engine and see what went "BANG" and what it's going to take to get it all back together and running again. I'm still trying to get the shop organized and settle in, too. Never a dull moment out here!
