As long as CSC is quiet, I'll spend the money on a new shed while I wait!
That's true, but at least you have a couple of other bikes to ride in the meantime! I'm sorta sitting on my hands until mine arrives. Now that you mention it, my wife did bring up getting a new shed... Eh, it can wait!

there you go, there's your diversion, a new shed/ garage for the bikes. or go ride a bicycle

All this over the tt, how do you think i feel.

i'm waiting for the rx4. only have 2.5 years to wait.

The shed wouldn't be so bad if we didn't have a perfectly average HOA that won't let us do things we want without the whole neighborhood weighing in. I have been riding the bicycle, but it takes a lot longer to commute to work that way. I drive an average of 70-80 miles per day, so biking to work might get a tad excessive.

As for the RX4... Well, I wish you luck in your endeavor! Haha I would definitely buy an in-the-meantime bike. It's just too expensive to waste all that gas for two years worth of driving, not to mention the psychological damage it would do to me!

without the whole neighborhood weighing in......laughing at that one, haha

i have a perfectly good schwinn mt bike with disk brakes i thought would be cool to have on the ranch, but soon found out , pedaling sucks for fat folks. need to sell it , it's just hanging around .

70-80 mi /day commute. oh man, i feel for you. i do that every other day or so in my business (150mi), set my own hours. That tt will still take awhile at 55-60 mph if your planning to use it to commute. i'm sure it will be a nice once in a while thing . and great fun for doing those errands.

Very cool, but how do you register it without having the bike? They don't do a vehicle inspection to verify the VIN in your state?

Well, I do plan on playing with the gearing quite a bit once I get the bike, and I may just swap tires around to end up with a supermoto... eventually. I will have to see what I can do with sprockets and maybe a little bit of fiddling with jets and exhaust. We'll see. Realistically though, I already plan to spend an hour or so each way for my commute, so 55-60 would be sufficient, depending on which road I take. I plan to have lots of fun finding out exactly what I can do with the bike.

TOO many bikes! I'd love to sell half of them but don't want to deal with the spamming and scamming that happens out here on CL.

That's one nice thing about my area, we have a really solid classified ad alternative to CL that's run by a local news outlet to get people on their site, and I've encountered very little spam/scam material there.

It's a shame about getting rid of bikes though. If I were closer and/or had some disposable income I'd gladly take one or two off your hands!

At least with the TT250, I'll be able to afford another bike at some point without worrying about all of my discretionary budget going to a single motorcycle for years.

My TT should be here tomorrow. Went to the DMV today to get temp tag so I can drive it to get VIN verification. The clerk said that the seller's name on the mileage info had to be "hand printed" even though the form just says "printed" and CSC had typed it. I suspect it was the same way for my RX3 and I had no problem with it. I can fix it myself and will take it back after I get the VIN. She did give me the temp tag, after I paid the sales tax.
Slow trucking company - They picked it up at CSC on Friday, May 27th - 11 days ago!

Sales order dated 12/2/2015
I delayed shipment one or two weeks because I was out of town - at Overland Expo.
