Grab it! With about $600 in parts, you could turn that into a $500 bike.

Ouch is right.

I bet it could be fixed for nearly free.

Andy gives me used tires in great shape he takes off of people's bike when they buy new ones.

I know that it could be fixed for nearly free, but then I'd start looking at everything that I could upgrade. Hmm, maybe new bars, a new muffler, a Mikuni, a better chain...

Well there was a time during WW II when much of China was Japanese but I don't think the seller is referencing that historical nuance.
