No problema, 2LZ. Whatever you decide to do, I'm sure it will work well for you.

What I really do like about the TT filter box is the standard version replaceable rectangular filter. I'm hoping that I'll be able to find a K&N drop-in filter for it like I have in my cars and big street bikes. I like the fact they're cleanable and re-oilable. I've always had very good luck with K&N products. I think someone here said it was a Mazda air filter? May be able to locate one if that's the case....or better yet, maybe CSC will carry them so we can support the Mother Ship.

Zongshen has been dedicated to a high level of quality control for many years, and is constantly seeking to improve even further. In addition, CSC is going to assemble and inspect the bikes. They will also check the valve lash, and test ride the motorcycles before delivery. I don't think CSC will be shipping any bikes with defective parts. However, if a defect somehow does slip through, I know CSC will honor the warranty, and fix the problem.
now i was hoping ,but did csc confirm to you they were going to set the valve lash at setup? would be nice

CSC does check the valve lash on all the RX3 bikes before shipment. I assume they plan to do the same with the TT250 bikes, but I will call them to verify this.

I'm happy with the price I paid, doesn't bother me if someone else also gets a good price.

according to the initial spec video that Joe did... they are gearing at 17/50, top speed approx 74 mph depending on weight

I know there's been a lot of talk about top speed lately around here but in all honesty, we need to keep in mind what we're dealing with. The 169FMM (229cc) is an overgrown 200 pushrod motor. 60 or so seems more than acceptable for how small displacement they are. If the TT does a real 74 mph according to GPS, I'd be stunned!

I will be happy with anything 60 or above, just quoting what Joe stated.

Understand completely! It'll be interesting to see what someone with a GPS clocks, after break-in, in stock form, prior to modding....then of course results after the fact. Can't wait to start seeing pics of these show up here!
