I was putting a 14T sprocket on front and I over torqued while mistakenly putting washer opposite........ I am having an urge to bang my head some where....

I am not sure If I should get this piece welded back and grind and sand ??/ not sure what metal it is ... it seemd like tempered hard steel or some thing...

Yep that sucks. Looks cast. Could have one machined out of steel. Should work fine.

If that is just a spacer, have another one made at a local machine shop. Just take them the broken one so they know the thickness they need. Or, try and contact an Asia Wing dealer to see if they can get you the part.

go it machined from a freind who had the lathe machine back in his factory.... back to the garage now...

Bike is going really good... did recieved lot of parts and upagrades so installed themm....



I do have trouble starting when I use it after 2~3days.... it takes long self start and choke for atleas half a minute after starting ....


donot know what is the reason or what should I do about it.... its hot and it requires a choke I wonder what it will do in winter...

Sounds like a partially clogged jet. Take the carb off, take the jets out, and clean everything really well, then blow out the carb passages with compressed air.

Unless, of course, it has always acted like this. In that case, you might want to look into adjusting the idle mixture.

Your doubt is in right direction, I remember a note on user manual when it arrived that I need to put right set of pilot and main jet in carb according to my altitude/temprature of my region.


Seems like the bike has tooo small pilot jet and even making it richer doent helps, I need to put a larger pilot jet may be and becuase it pukes black smoke on high revs which indicates that I need to put one step smaller main jet.....


I wud experiment a little on this and would update here ...

This month my old pocket rocket "cg250" went bad and rejected to fire up .... so have been using the 450 for regular commute.....



Today had some time in the morning when my super half decided to drop kids to school so I was free gave her a good wash...


beside a super offroader it is a Very excellent city runner i must u literally are riding a controlled bullet , feul milage is 18~20km/Liter I am noticing.... seat is a brick... and the filter box is hope less it unscrews every next day and finally slipped..

there were many chinese mad machiens including rx3, rx3s, rx1, lx450 apart from japanese DR, BMs, Xts
