Yeah, but that will be displacement or oil volume, depending on the number.

163ML broken down:

1 - one cylinder
63 - 63mm bore diameter
M - motorcycle
L - 200cc (this number is normally rounded up; as you say, yours is actually 197cc)

There might be a decal on the steering neck that states the atv manufacturer name, but that isn't necessarily who built the engine. It doesn't really matter, because several of the engines will have whatever name the importer requested.

Off topic but can the little clutch move a 350 pound buggy fast?

Define fast. You could probably get 50km/h or 30mph if you really pushed it.

The screw on the right is the idle screw. The screw on the bottom is the pilot mixture screw, and it tunes the transition from idle to open throttle. It should be adjusted so that there is no lag when the throttle is opened quickly.

So with the 7.5 hp briggs i could go around 25? With the centrifugal clutch, and for the idle screw i move it and the engine keeps running normal, is it the air mixture?, and it does lag when i engage the throttle quickly

A new carb will help quite a bit, because a Mikuni is much easier to find jets for.

The idle should definitely increase as you turn the idle screw in.

Are we still talking about your atv? If so, then no, I think your carb is a Keihin clone. A 30mm Mikuni is much easier to find jets for.

BTW, it would be great if you started another thread in the Miscellaneous section for your go-kart / dune buggy. I'd like to see more of it without distracting this thread.
