OK, my final setup using the Monster 150 performance exhaust pipe on my Beast is:

Mikuni carb-- 110 Main Jet -- 25 Pilot jet -- about 1-3/4 turns out on the A/F, jet needle clip is on the lowest groove ( richest ).
UNI Filter
Performance CDI

Carb might need to be leaned out a bit when it gets warmer out.
I'll try to get some video next time out, we got about 2 feet of snow in the last week so it's time for my snowmobile, when the trails get packed i'll bring the beast out.
