I don't remember where you said you were stationed. But if you were at Chuck town. I could make it happen for you!

My wife is there to do this. Getting them signed on is not the problem. Having them able to come on the base is the problem.

I am a SMSgt at Nellis. They background check every visitor and if they don't pass or they don't have a "real ID" then they are not allowed on. Only one of the 10 drivers is allowed on. The delivery company is figuring it out. I paid them; therefore, i don't work for them.

Thanks for the offer though.

Gotcha!, The security at my base is a little more lax. Must be an AMC thing, LOL! I can understand your frustration. Yes you paid them. But, these shipping companies are shady and I don't like to mess around with them too much. Wouldn't surprise me if they sent it back. I hope they get it straightened out and get your bike home! Keep us posted and Thanks for your Service! GO BLUE!!!

So glad you got yours. Sounds like yours was still smoother than mine though. Congrats!

AWESOME SAUCE!! Glad it made it home! Can't wait to see your Pics and info on the bike. I read the other Enforcer Threads. So is it seems that they come with 17/46 gearing, Yuasa Battery, Keihin Carb, Ngk plug? Is the Speedo accurate and in MPH? Anything else you could post up would be great! I may just end up with one of these. Funny how the Hawk is no more expensive and the Hawk 2, BSR, Enforcer, (or whatever you call the thing, LOL) is the deal right now!! Have a safe trip home!

Woohoo! The best part of getting one of these is the assembly process... at least to me... but I am weird lol. I would still follow all of the same assembly suggestions as a Hawk, just my 2 cents! Have fun, and post lots of pics, we like pics!

The funny thing is, I bought my Hawk when they were still 1200 bucks, and then a few months later and they are now almost 1400, even more in some cases, and the same price as the Enforcer. If it was still a couple hundred bucks cheaper, then I would still consider it a toss up since a Mikuni , jets, and sprockets is less than 100 bucks. Even a good AGM battery is only 30 to 40 bucks. At the same price though, even I would go for the Enforcer.

Chances of the speedo being accurate - low.

.
I plan to. I have new tubes and dual sport tires, a new heavy duty chain, a fork brace, and all new fluids ready. I plan on truing the wheels by adjusting the spokes, torquing and lock-tighting all the bolts that need it, and going over the electrical and mechanical systems back to front prior to calling it ready-to-ride. This is going to be cool!

I think assembling the bike is the best part. It's like getting a kit and customizing it to your liking. I'm always looking at what I can do next just so I can have some more fun. Best part it doesn't cost a fortune to do all the mods.

No doubt. I am going to lower the fender, add a wind screen, and weld up a pannier system. I plan on taking pics and sharing throughout the whole process.

I am in the middle of Silver Flag right now and can not wait to get home!
