Haven't had time to take all the parts I ripped off of the RED atv to assemble them into the BLUE atv to make one yet.

It has been a comedy of errors the last couple of days and now tomorrow I go in for surgery to have three screws removed from my left hip from when I broke it 2.5 years ago. They have been causing alot of pain as of late so they agreed to remove them. I should be back riding in a month or two but into them slow and crutches so I cannot see much happening other than me picking up the quad I bought down south on the 10th.

I will post pics later. I have a good one of a few of the severed tubing of the frame too.

And no I am Canadian and I do not have any snowmobiles. I live in the Vancouver, BC area and we do not get enough snow to make it worth while.

Sounds like you will be out for awhile.

At least they can get you in right away to take them out.

Thank you for continuing the Chinarider's tradition of posting pics of injuries and surgeries.

Barbaric. And to think I've been on the Makita side of that torture...

At least our health care system paid for stainless fasteners.

Hope you heal quickly.

Weld is trying to find a place to reuse those screws. Hopefully I don't have to get the ones in my knee removed.

you should see the hip and the bruise now, YUCK!

Well on the 10th I am driving down to Oregon to pickup the 2004 Yamaha Bruin 350 4x4 and now also a 2002 Yamaha Kodiak 400 4x4 as it is too much of a deal to turn down.

This means I need to get BLUE quad back running ASAP and sell it ASAP so that wifey is not ticked that I am bringing 2 quads home and not one.

I will post pictures of my finds, info on how much they were and all the repairs they need plus how much it costs to imort them into Canada.

Then I promise to post pictures of the repairs and the finished product that will make my two boys so darn happy. No more getting stuck in 3 inches of mud.. LOL

Good luck on your trip. I'm interested in the process, because I thought the RIV fees only applied to cars, trucks and street bikes, not off-road stuff.
