As far as ordering from Aliexpress, I have had nothing but good luck so far, but yes the shipping time can be a bit tedious sometimes. I usually get my stuff within 2 weeks of placing my order.

If you get these and they do work, definitely report back please. I would love to buy a spoke set for the front and rear to keep as spares just in case. Normally I would go the Buchanan's route, but custom spoke sets from them are upwards of $100+ usually.

I will definitely let everyone know when they come.

Speedometer is but not very accurate. The digital is accurate. Plus you have a tachometer. Odometer is in kilometers.

Spokes

Hey Nick,
Do you still need some spokes? When I replaced my rear hub, I got the entire rear wheel assembly.

Hey man! yes i do! BUT I just ordered a full set from a website that we SUSPECT MIGHT be the right size spokes. (not 100% sure though). If you're willing to part with some of yours, and you could just save 4 of them for me (In case the ones I ordered do not fit) I would be extremely grateful! and i'd be willing to buy them from you or cover shipping.

Why? Because it is much easier to put an overlay on the speedo dial, than it is to change the gearing in the odometer to make it read miles. Not to mention cheaper...ARH

Hey Nick,
Just let me know if you need them. I would rather have higher quality spokes, so keep us posted on those spokes!

Hey guys I just got the spokes in the mail today from

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/GY-C...311.0.0.SYLR5Q

took about 20 days to get them to me.

But anyways they look to be an exact match, the threads fit on the nipples that came with the hawk (Though the spokes came with there own nipples).

The only thing I have to say is that I haven't put them on yet (Just got them today) also because ill have to take the whole wheel off and looks like ill also have to either remove the sprocket or brake rotor in order to get the spokes through. and the weather sucks and probably will continue to suck so IDK when I'll decide to do it since I don't plan on riding too much anytime soon.

So i cant tell if the angle or bend is correct but they LOOK to be a good fit.

If anyone wants to order them and put them on and let us know, otherwise ill have to get back to you guys on them.

But again, they look to be the right spokes for the job.

That's good news. I will probably end up ordering a set just to have those "just in case" spares sitting around. With my front wheel situation, that will give me plenty of spares for both now.

ya i ended up having to replace the entire front rim of my HAWK (after an accident). The only one I could find was $135, But i looked at a positive as having a spare hub and spare spokes for the front rim (Tho those have given me no troubles at all.. so far...)
