Bearing Problems

helppppp please....i just bought the gio, 125 rebel t2 quad, and i want to know, why it has chewed though 2 sets of bearings with in 4 hrs riding time, as well as the chain snapping, and cracks around the battery casing, dents in the plastics and the kill switch not being wired properly

overlooking everything, my main concern is that it is eating bearings, it is totally un-ridable at this point.......what am i to do with it, is there some fix for this problem?

any help would be GREATLY appreciated

:?: :?:
