Congrats Doc - I'm very happy for you. I actually got to put a couple hours time on my "Q" Today - Seems to be actually getting stronger and smoother running, and I have yet to change the Oil. Waiting till I get about 100 Miles on her. Hope you got a couple pictures. Unfortunately I did not. I am going to try and get in a early morning ride sunday before the rain comes in......It's almost 70 degrees here today - Yeahhhhh!

Good for you, Brother Bill! I thank God for Brother John and his extra fuel.

P.S. I hear reports the Xingyue speedometer is quite "optimistic."

Even if it is a bit optimistic, it seems to travel at a decent clip. Good for you Doc.

Glad that John the trucker was sent to help you.

I am home safe. 330 miles, 115 of which was in the dirt. The bike has issues but it did get the job done. Thanks for your prayers. Brother John the trucker was a true miracle. He was hauling fertilizer to some farm in the middle of nowhere, carrying a 5 gallon jug of gas he did not need, at the moment I ran out of gas. Not a coincidence. At that point I knew God wanted the bike to make it and I stopped worrying (which we're not supposed to do anyways).

Thank you for reporting your safe return, Doc! I thank God for Brother John. We eagerly await your new thread in the Dual Sport forum regarding the Pitster Pro LXT 400.

Glad to hear you made it home safe and sound. You've already had better luck with the bike than Daddy did! As far as worrying is concerned, a good friend of mine calls it "Borrowing trouble". I like that saying .

Cheers,
Stew

Doc, do you happen to have a rear Dirt Rat wheel in your spare parts cache?
