I’ve actually saw a guy on a Red Brozz on my way home from work the last few days. He’s always going in the other direction. I want to chase him down and saw hello.

2018 Brozz Offers

Hey, just letting you guys know the offers I’ve been receiving for my bike sight unseen. I listed it asking $1800.00.

$800
$1000
$1150
$1300

What are your thoughts? I was hoping for $1500-$1600.

I would think that one of the biggest factors in determining price of a used, but still mechanically sound Chinese bike, would be whether or not it comes with an official title.

Then you should expect to get a premium used price for the bike. To some people just not having to go through the pain in the neck of titling one, or the peace of mind knowing that it can be registered is worth a lot, and to some people just the fact that they are getting a bike that's assembled, and tuned is worth a lot as well. I don't know anything about the upgrades, milage, or condition of your bike that you are selling, but they would also be important in setting a price. Anytime you advertise to sell something, you have to deal with people that want something for nothing, people that want to trade junk for your item, people that want to look at it,and never show, and people that try to get you to take payments. Just set a fair price in your mind, and stick to it. Eventually someone will buy it especially with the weather getting better.

Yeah, I’ve had and sold many motorcycles over the years. This is the first Chinese bike though. I do need to give it a bath and I was going to change the oil so the new owner has a fresh start.

I'd stick firm with the $1500 price. Like Bill_Hilly said there is a lot of rigmarole dealing with people, but for what the bike is, you have taken care of everything, the buyer just needs to turn the key and drive off. I just know the weather is getting nice, and taxes are returning, I don't think that bike will be for sale too long.

Well so much for waiting on warmer weather to work on my Brozz, more like now I am working on it so when the warmer weather is here in 4 days, I can ride it! I got it pretty much finished, just have to change the oil and adjust the valves. Thread locked everything, greased everything, put dielectric grease on all of the connections. Got the battery all set gonna put it on trickle in the morning for about 12 hours. I thread locked the piss out of everything and torqued everything to the specs on Brozz250.com

There is still some finishing up to do, then gonna change the fluids and adjust the valves.

Why are you having to trim them?
The forks do look small sort of funny without the guards.

I didn't like the idea of sharply bending my wires so close to were they went into the piece (speed sensor ?)that goes between the fork, and the wheel. I was afraid that they may pull loose down inside of the speed sensor, and I didn't want to chance it.

I haven’t pulled them from the crates yet to take a look. Out of town this weekend. The other half did finally look in the garage before we left and I got the third degree.

http://url=https://ibb.co/fF1mGDF][/urlThe first picture of the trimmed fork guard didn't really capture the reason I trimmed it. The speed sensors wires location is much higher profile than the fork guard, and even with trimming the wires are pretty bent, but not nearly as much as if I didn't trim it.
