A CG clone variant 150cc engine.
Dry magneto, no electric start, no balancer 162FMJ for a re-power project. It will live in a 1981 Honda CB125S frame. Straight swap except for the top mount, luckily the CB frame has the mounting hole required for CG engines.

I'll be doing the same eventually. My Hawk had brand new Track Masters on it when I got it and that's what I learned to ride on. I have no problem with them, but I can see the wear on them already. I'm not ditching them yet, but when I do, I want something more road oriented as that is what most of my riding is

A 110VAC to 1.25-12VDC power supply kit. I need another power supply like I need another hole in my head, but I can put this one together.

I finished the DIY FM radio kit this morning after a couple of weeks of half assed troubleshooting. I got serious about it this morning and found the problem, a bad solder joint. It took longer to set up the solder station than it did to fix the joint. Turned it on, the display said 'HI' and the volume was at max. The neighbors probably heard it.

Bauer 3ah 20v lithium-ion battery. It came with choice of a free tool and I needed a new circular saw so I grabbed the brushless 7 1/4" circular saw that was included amongst the free tools in the offer.

A timing light and tach/dwell meter for the Corvair, I think the last ones I had were probably 3 decades ago

I did that same deal a few weeks back. The saw works well.

I think mine are at least that old. I think I did a tune up on the DeSoto in 18 and that was the last time I used those.

Here's an upgrade you might think about when you find out that many new contact sets are crap.

My Actron timing light is old enough that I bought from AutoShack. Back before RadioShack sued them into changing their name to Zone. I feel old.

And a couple of blankets I hope. A shovel might be inadequate today!
You OK out there?

Oh yah. Doing good. Thanks for askin'!

Plenty of oak on the porch to keep the wood stove going. Beer in the fridge and lots of dog food for Spot. Of course, the satelite dish is covered. Thank goodness for Bluetooth. Got some smooth jazz on the radio. What more does a guy need?

We'll see how it unfolds over the next couple days. The ski resorts are supposed to get 12' of snow, in the next 24 hours. We''ll see how the prediction works out. The plow going by woke me up at about 4am.
