Ok I finally got some time to pull the carb and replace the bottom screws and the air fuel mixture screw.
The Pilot/Low jet installed is a 34. The Main Jet is a 105 The pilot jets for this carb are 13 mm long and they are available here https://www.aliexpress.com/item/New-...6-c00df13f6d79 I put in a 108 Main Jet up one from the stock 105 I put in the new needle and put the clip in the 4th down position I wanted it to be similar to what I had before. I put in the new screws in the bottom and the new Air Fuel Adjustment screw. It still is a major PITA adjusting this who the f would put it in such an awful place. I am going to see if I can find a flexible screw driver shaft. Ordered this https://www.aliexpress.com/item-img/...00017.4.HHiJs8 I definitely need the pilot / low speed jets I have to adjust it out around 3 turns to get a good idle and starting. The top end is better with the one jet bigger when you crack the throttle much more responsive. So I am going to order those jets and see what I come up with. Hope this helps someone else.

Well now I don't feel so bad, I already ordered the two styles of pilot jets I thought MIGHT work. The ones you have linked in the above post, and the ones that measured 11mm overall just in case.
I saw those anodized air screws for sale, but didn't think they would work because that commonly made style was for a different generation of Keihin. Ours are PWKs. I hope I'm wrong though, they make some cool looking ones.

I could be wrong, but I thought PZ30 WAS a PWK. "PZ30" being a size and application specific part number for our carb. Pz26's, pz30's etc all being part of the PWK generation of carbs sharing parts with the "OKO" series of carburetor.

What kind of oil do you guys run in brozz 250. Just got a shark used gastrol gtx motorcycle 10w-40. Manual says use 15w-40. I put 1L in and manual says 1.1L capacity it seems a little low in the window.
