Another one of those "Day after due to tired when doing so" posts like i tend to do in here...

So from yesterday:

Moss Motors dash cap for the '73 MGB

and something a bit..bigger... Remember how i was looking at an Fbody to replace my bike awhile ago? Well that one didn't pan out as the owner couldn't get a loan to cover the cash part of the deal.

However my Fbody search has come to at the very least a pause as i am in the process of buying an '86 Trans Am from the same friend who i sold my Jeep and Blazer to long ago and whom i got the MGB from last year.

Specs as far as i can tell from the RPO breakdown i got from the dealership today

Tuned Port Injection 305 (LB9)
TH700R4 4 speed auto trans
3.23 gearing in the diff

It will need some help in the floors due to it being a T Top and the seals being shot on the T Tops. But it comes with a spare pair of them and if i remember right he did say they come with the carrier bag as well.

Nice!! Those are actually my favorite body style TAs. I want to get one, one day. But, I have to get my Toyotas, the Mazda, and the Nissan out the way, first. Lol

I have owned a few different muscle cars over the years. 4 Mustangs in the form of a '67 Shelby GT350, '89 Mustang GT Cobra that was built by a dealer to look like a modern GT350, and two '95 Cobra Rs. A few different mopars ranging from a '69 Charger R/T, '78 Aspen R/T as well as a couple warmed up Valiants, The only GM products i have had thus far were two Omegas a '73 Omega S and a '74 Omega SX. I have been chasing after an Fbody to round things out over the years. Have come close to having a couple Camaros and two Firebirds along the way. So it is nice to finally land one. Ironically in one of my two favourite generations. I was hoping to land either a late 2nd gen to build up as a Bandit clone or an early 3rd to look at the idea of building a KITT replica. Since this one does need some front body work the temptation to replace the slightly damaged TA front end with a KITT front end is strong.

In rough shape but looks worse than it is. Needs a starter, seat, and battery to start with. I was hoping the starter just needed some love and contact cleaner but the armature is shorted.
Got the Tao Tao ATV, lovingly referred to as the CPOC, running today.

Not today, but this week.... fed my camera addiction by finding an old Pentax/m42 mount 135mm f2.8 prime lens in spotless condition at a good will for $10, then got a $12 mount ring to adapt it to my canon rebel xti... still have to set up the chip for the lens, but it all comes together well so far... Autofocus works and confirms, might need to adapt something to puah the aperature lever the rest of the way in, only stops down to about f8 due to the way the ring was made... small peas though... i got a decent lens for $20 invested...LOL

Camera here too, though of a different flavor. Namely a Nedis smart IP surveillance camera, so much theft and vandalism happening in town all of the sudden that it's probly a good idea to lock up all loose stuff and slap a couple video surveillance signs and cams around as a deterrent.

Went by Hawg Powersports out here today. Needed an exhaust gasket to finish up the super moto. Swung by on the KPM. They guys there like me, as I'm a good customer (their words). They hooked me up with the gasket, and they saw the bike. They recently became a Lifan dealer, but the owner apparently doesn't like motorcycles. Lol. The salesman wants to start selling the street bikes, and took some pictures of mine to show him that they're reliable. Lol

Good day overall.

Bought new, now selling…

I bought crash guard, rear backrest and cover for Lifan 2022 kpm200. That was the upside. The downside is, the bike that I ordered was damaged during delivery and dealer cannot find replacement.
I am now looking to sell them.

If this is not the correct thread, sorry, I did search through the forum for proper area.

Dang man, I really sorry that happened to your bike. That's really upsetting.

You can make a proper listing to sell your parts in the free classifieds section.

Actually bought Wednesday night but should see it today, a new horn for the Ural. Some kind of 135db thing that can drown out Harley pipes.

The Ural horn sounds so pathetic that the horn from my 75 Civic would probably laugh at it.

A bottle of Argon to continue with the tomfoolery in the garage sticking metal bits into weird new shapes.
