This one gives you a better idea of the width. compare the rack under waldo which was the original floor of the crate he came in, with that of the Zonk...BIG difference.

two things here, first I've prevented the front edge of the crate from damaging the throttle grip on Waldo, and two, I've taped up the buckles on the ratchet tie downs. You MUST do this...believe me.

Ok, back at the barn

I've now taken off the outer boxing and you can immediately see the difference in rear tires...also check out the serious backseat foot pegs, the big pad on the bottom of the sidestand, the serious wheel hub, and the shell wheel adjusters. That bright light is the reflector flash from the camera.

ok here's a good luck at the hub, the rear hub brake, the massive and short spokes, the shell adjusters, and the metal floor of the crate.

Everything inside the cardboard was covered with plastic, a vented plastic bag. under that I found what you see here. Lots and lots of abrasion preventing foam and tape. Front wheel was laid in there pretty loose I thought but showed no marks whatsoever.

Front of the crate before I pulled anything out. Crate was more substantial and more cross braced than Waldo's.

here you can get a good look at the ID plate (no sticker here hehehe), the big spokes, and the metal chainguard/guide.

Slotted disc, nice bolts, 18" front tire. Seals indicate bearings fully greased from factory.

here's a good look at the entire front wheel and tire.

Note, those little circles are the ends of the spokes. Better watch your spokes carefully and if one breaks, tape it tight to another. You do NOT want a broken spoke backing out into this part of the hub!!!!!

here's the fork tubes I was talking about. you can see how they've been turned down from billet. Behind lies the black engine, the front downtube and the bash plate.

Same view, just closer in. Exhaust pipe, engine mounts, beartrap pedals on left, and black chrome engine covers which look lighter here because of flash.

Better view here. the spots are from some kind of transport wax. the hole in the grey bash plate is where the visual oil level glass is located. The black thing above next to the orange that looks like a 2 stroke expansion pipe is just a heat shield

Red thing sticking out is battery hot lead. You can see the goodie box behind the fork legs.

This is the view over the rear tire forward under the frame. Chain on left. That grey thing with the vertical stripes is a soft rubber flap that keeps the wheel from throwing mud all over the rear shock. Exhaust pipe on right.
Upper left with 'button' is the tool box.

Here's a good look at the left side of the motor. nice eh?

Now the shifter looks bent against that frame, and it is...BUT, turns out its metal, and spring loaded, so just barely resting against it. no stress on shift rod at all. VERY nice . Will be hard to break it LOL.

Below it is the big MC type bear trap pedal. wouldn't ride this barefoot....
