Alot of the kawi/honda/yam/suzuki front fenders will work. May need to drill some holes.

Acerbis/UFO have aftermarket headlights.

Bruce 330-274-0098 can get you sprockets and probably everything else you need to get it up and running.

Thanks, I'll check into that.

I actually think my son has the fender somewhere, it's going to be the headlight frame and possibly the ignition that haunt me.

On a positive note, my wind noise and crazy vibration went away when that piece got broken off.

Yeah, getting ready to do that when I change the rear sprocket.
Also considering painting all the body panels. The pics of the bike someone painted with bedliner looked pretty good.

I have gone to 17/42 setup and really like it. I had the 17/45 that was good too.

I don't think much off-road will be happening with the 42 though.

Do you think that would make it comfortable to cruise at 65-70? I have a 50 mile plus one way trip to work, all highway.

You may want to go to a 40 rear then.

I can maintain 65, but much more than that it is losing steam.

Thanks for the info, if I can't talk the Mrs into the more street 250, I will probably go with a 40 then.
