It will. You just have to make sure the mounting holes are the right diameter and that the clevis at the bottom has enough clearance to fit the linkage on the swing-arm. It may sit a little lower.

That might be better for me anyway. Im 5"6. The front 21" rim will be swapped out shortly with a 17" and putting some dual sport tires on.
