Sounds like your timing chain may not have enough tension. Check to see if your timing chain is properly routed and make sure the hydraulic/spring loaded tensioner is working properly.

I'm pretty sure the timing chain is routed right i didn't take it off and the spring loaded tensioner is working properly, well i put it in the exact same way,.... but how would i check them?
