30mm exhaust
12mm o2 sensor
And bars are 7/8th inch

Wow ,I did a little reading and I think this might make me a little reluctant to change the exhaust.

I am on my phone so difficult to scroll through and see if you already commented on sprockets. What are stock? I believe 15/46? Did you change yours?

It should not be that bad the worst part is welding in the o2 bung. Unless I run into some serious alingment issues but thats what I got a torch for.

I'm leaving the sprockets stock. I like haveing a little more power down low than top speed. it gose 55 fairly easy with the stock setup thats all I need. I'll double check stock sprocket size for you when I get home.

Do you think the forks had the correct amount of oil in them from the factory? Also, I have an oil extractor that has a very thin tube attchment less than a 1/4 inch round and aprox 4 feet long ,used for boats.Very strong suction. Do you think this may be used from the top rather than have to take it all apart?

My fork oil was a bit low and ive seen other people use that method on other bikes so don't see why it wont work. only issue is you won't be able to know exactly how much oil you have in there. as you wount be able to get it all out that way. I would just pull the forks and dump the oil out they are easy to remove especially with the little harborfreigh lift I have. best $170 I have spent has helped me several times.

Kind of silly to spend $400 on exhaust for a $1900 bike, but if you want to go top tier with your setup a Yoshimura 222300C350 exhaust will go on the Chinabikes.

Yes on mine at least i had serious brake dive untill I put better oil in and stuck a few nickels in for spacers. and it was really bouncy over anything more than a minor bump.

Hello all,
Got my Expect 200 in late December from Orion Powersports. Had to send Mco back to have it signed with mileage stating 0 miles along with a FL odometer statement stating mileage reading 0 miles. Like the bike so far, ran a little rough at first. Of course I changed to oil before starting it to Actevo 10w40.
Then got a NGK iridium plug at Oreillys, much better. So before I was even tagged and ready to ride I had a JTF 1264.17 front sprocket delivered believe it or not from Walmart.com. I drove it for about 80 miles in two weeks this month and decided the rpms are a little high at 60mph (during break in, was a little nervous to exceed 8k rpms. This week I loosened the chain, pulled off the front sprocket cover and swapped it out with 17 tooth for the original 15 tooth. Little tight putting the cover back on, had to move the bike in gear to make it go on. But what a difference, big improvement in rpms going down the road at 50-55mph. Feels so much better cruising long distances. Will report actual rpms later as I ride on weekend. Anyways, here it is with new mirrors and a Givi 29L tail box.

Thanks for the report on that change to 17t ,I have an xpect coming in the next week or so and want to do the same thing.Tell me, did you have to change the chain? Also are you nervous about how tight the front fit of the sprocket is or do you think it will be all right long term. Please tell us in detail what this change did for the bike ,top end, low end , and rpms where at 55 VS now at 55. Great info, also most important what color did ya get! We want pics! thanks.

The flange holes are big enough for the studs but they are not spread far enough appart Holes need widens so it will fit. But biggest issue my o2 bung showed up today, but instead of being steel like it was suposed to it was aluminum. And I really dont want to wait for another one so. I'm going with plan B I'm going to cut the stock muffler off. and weld part of the aftermarket pipe on and slip the new muffler on.

Morning,
Did not have to change the chain. I had just 100 miles on the bike when i changed the sprocket. The adjustment slot had enough room to compensate
the extra 2 teeth. I posted a pick of the shifter, because the temptation to tighten bolts too much got me. Stripped the bolt on the shifter, luckily there is a Ace hardware near with probably thousands of fasteners in stock. Picked up a stainless steel bolt with washers and lock washer to bolt it back on. I noticed the first gear was a little taller, to my liking though. The bike had really short gearing 8000 rpm at 60. From what I've read speed will come with more miles. Think my speedo is 2mph faster than it should be, went through a speed posted sign near a school and everytime it read 2mph slower than speedo. Your question a little nervous about clearance, hmm a little but I pushed it around making sure chain was free and rode around neighborhood couple of laps. One more thing, the tail box at first seemed a little big for the bike, but I really like locking my helmet, gloves and carrying water bottle with me. So it grew on me real fast, well spent $ for being able carry stuff around. Hard rain here today, cant do my saturday morning speed test.
