Most of the Hawks now come with the decals not installed. Some dealers will have there own decals made in thrown in the crate. It's possible that it may come with two sets of decals.

Ah ok. Yeah I was going to order through there, because Amazon does a great job of making sure you get your stuff, but I noticed that the price was about $300 more than elsewhere- and while that's reasonable to get it faster, I wanted to put that $300 towards upgrades.

You can try to contact RPS and find out when they will have more in stock. I had to wait 2 months for my first Hawk on preorder. Otherwise, if I had to pay bashan money for a Hawk, I would try and get a bashan (BMS CRP 250) which sell for around 1800 and have USD forks
