Ok. Looks like I'll be making one.

FYI. Heres a metric to inch bolt grade reference. Metric 10.9 is grade 8.

Thanks, I know. It took me a while to find someone that sold that grade in metric around here, lol. My city sucks for parts etc.

Ah sorry man, I have the motor completely back together now and gave back the flywheel puller I borrowed. If I recall correctly the second washer was only half the thickness of the other. Just enough to give an 1/8" I'd say of clearance between the gear and the flywheel. Hope that helps. You might get away with using an off the shelf 7/8" ID spacer washer which is just a hair bigger than the shaft.
