Since the jets are brass, you can even flow a little solder in and then redrill. Be careful with the 61-80 numbered drill bits online. The set I bought had only six different sizes in it, as confirmed with a digital vernier.

I have this in its own thread, but I wanted to add it to this post. I recently picked up this jet kit from Amazon:

And the jets work perfectly with the stock OEM carb. I went from the 105 to a 110, and it is substantially better than stock. I also moved the needle up one notch, and adjusted the idle mix screw out 1.5 turns. I'm at sea level.

Hoping this helps another TT250 owner.

New CSC TT250 owner, as of June 2019...Main Jet size I used...

I just bought a CSC TT250 (as of June 2019) and have been following you folks for a few months. I was concerned about the CBs being lean so I did a lot of reading up here and elsewhere on what I needed to do when my bike arrived. Anyway, I hope I am posting correctly in response to this thread...So, I was under the assumption that the TT250 carb main was a 108 and it was suggested to change out to a 115, depending on your elevation, etc. Anyway, got the bike and noticed at about 5800 rpm or so, it would hesitate or bog slightly when WOT and really no more power beyond 6000 RPM. I contacted CSC and they sent me (3) main jets (Keihi), 110, 112 and 115, plus a 38 sized slow-jet or pilot jet(?), I believe it's called. I took the carb apart and saw my main was 102, and had to have my family confirm the number was right since I thought it was suppose to be 108 main; the slow or pilot was a 35. I put the 115 main in and swapped the 35 slow-jet with the 38. I put it back together and it ran really rough. I then put the 110 main in and returned the 35 back to it's home. I fired it up and it runs amazing! Night and day difference, especially through the WOT 6000-8000 rpm range....smooth and definitely more roll-on power in the higher rpm range. SO HAPPY!....I forgot, I'm at about 135 ft elevation.

It's funny that you make this post as I'm having trouble with my carb now... I'm at about 100 ft above sea level running a 112 main. Having a similar problem at WOT so maybe I'll try to swap back to 110 main. I never messed around with the other jets. I've heard of some people adjusting the needle a notch or two also

CSC has the jets.
I may also have the kit with jets as well

I wish I had more to add to what I did, but when all was said and done, the only change I made was from a 102 main to the 110 main jet. Nothing else was done and it runs great. So, much better than when it came out of the crate. Good luck!
