This is the site to Pioneer, but I don't know if it is the most up to date as I remember seeing this one a few years back

According to the specs of the XF 250, the engine is a GS250. http://www.xfmotor.com.cn/en/250s/XF250GY.html

Called SSR, and spoke with a sales guy there. He said the XF200 and XF250 won't be in stock until closer to the end of the month (49 state version) of May with California's expected in July. Of course, as we have seen bikes take months later than announced (I remember Qlink's XF/XP 200 taking longer than expected), or not coming at all (Qlink's MT250 and CCW's 'Da Hooligun' both come to mind), I am not holding my breath.

I asked about the tire option, and he stated you can choose either the motard tires or street knobbies for both the 200 and 250 bikes. Those wanting 17" knobbies for your Qlink/Qingqi/Konker should be able to order them from SSR.
