Jerry, I thought of leaving the cooler but you know someone with a red or green bike wouldn't like the blue anodized spacers lol. Anyways they are available in black. The rock guard was an afterthought but i think it will make a nice addition.

Yeah that part would have to be black or left clear anodized.

Iam asking about the 2 holes on the very top of the cover not the oil lines?
My valve cover is over 3" tall. That one looks like half that tall.

So what are the 2 holes on the very top of the valve cover for? Mounting point? Do they go through the cover? Looks like something for a heat sensor maybe?

Really not sure what those 2 holes are for in the top. Looks like a mount for a sensor but no, They are not drilled through.....

If Blaze owners dont have to drop our engines to adjust our valves buying this kit would make our bikes much better.

Is there any reason the cooler couldn't be mounted higher? I know the oil would drain back to the engine but a check valve could be installed to prevent that from happening.

I could not get it any higher due to the crossbar holding the plastics........

If I had one in hand i'm sure I could figure it out. Just let me know when they will be ready and how much. I would rather it mount up higher.

This pic might help. When i fit it originally i cut a block of wood to see where it would fit best. I just couldn't make it work any different. A few have spaced down the fender for clearance and mounted it horizontal. I really didn't like that idea as warm air from the cooler was blowing on the engine negating any benefit IMHO. Your results will vary. Cooler is 210mm long, 38mm thick and 85mm wide.

Thanks for the measurements. I'll play around with it this weekend and see if I could come up with a way to get it up higher. In the mean time get this out on the market so I can get one before the summers 95+ temps.

Do you have a picture of the under side of the valve cover? It would be nice to see how they routed the oil journals.
