I am waiting on the valve stems, but I checked for clearance before I bought the tire.

I have a 120/90/10 I hope to use in a similar situation (on my Aero).

My research was suggesting 12 grams stock. I wonder what size belt the sh150 uses?

906-22.5-30

http://www.scooterpartsplace.com/906...da-sh-150.aspx

(the SH150 uses a larger than "normal" rear wheel, so the transmission case has to be longer than "normal")

Too big. Longer case than the elite. Need to look up the new nx110 elite. Probably larger too.

Got the valve stems. Have to say that scrappdog is very speedy. Will be doing more business there.

The rest of the parts arrived today.

OEM Honda rollers. Total of 70-75 grams. 11.5-12.5 each. My scale only reads in 5 gram increments.

Tire is mounted on the rim with a new valve stem. TUBELESS baby. 8) Thanks Reveen for the tip.

So the bugger was getting the beads to seat, but I got it done. My compressor is really too small.

It got dark on me so I will have to get a picture tomorrow of the new tire on the scooter. I don't think I will have any clearance problems.

No clearance problems. At least a 1/4" all around. I could go about an inch more in diameter I think.

Toby is my new helper. He will be hanging out with me a few days a week. We "worked" on the scooter and the lifan powered sears.

Exhaust quickly painted. Got a 10 ft job on it.

Maybe tomorrow we can finish the variator and belt install.

That'll be a 10/60 paintjob, because you'll soon be doing 60mph.

That new tire looks really good. Toby looks like a good supervisor.

Somebody has to do it. He's coming back today. Maybe we will be able to ride it. It has been raining all week.
