Who did you buy it from?
I bought mine from Family Motor Sports 412-831-7252 www.family-motors.net . No personal connection to them just found them on the net. It was a very smooth transaction.

Broken Viva Rear Suspension
I have a new Xmoto 250cc (aka viva 250cc) and I recently snapped/broke the rear shock absorber! I was jumping 10 to 15 feet long and only 2 to 3 feet high. I weigh 215lbs.
I was kinda shocked (not a pun) because I also own a DB-27 and I have jumped it about 10 feet long and 1 to 2 foot high, hundreds of times and the suspension never broke. I ordered the same shock, a Showa, for 100 bucks, but now I'm afraid.. I also had to change out the battery on this bike because it failed on me like 12 miles in the mountains away from civilization. I love my Xmoto/Viva 250cc or whatever you want to call it. That all black look is great on homeboys bike. sick!!! I am gonna take all of the gay stickers off my bike and put my own skulls and betty page stickers on it. My DB-27 bike is still running barely. Michael

Hey Tokarev,
I have the blue one bought from the same site. Found out a couple of months ago they don't sell them anymore. Luckily I have a good machinist I am friends with that helps find parts or makes new ones for the bike. I've had mine almost 2 years now and it still runs great. Recently I had to pull the rear brake off and do some major adjustments. It wasn't working at all. Good to go now. Replaced the throttle assembly. The inside plactics were completely chewed up by the cable. OH, don't try to wheelie these bikes. I completely ripped out the bolts and destroyed the rear wheel hub. My friend machined a new one for me. Ok, good luck. Very nice looking bikes. Later

batteries
you definately have to charge these batteries all the time bro. I'm glad there are other people who own these China bikes. I get a lot of sh*&T from people for owning a chinese. The comment I get from dudes I work with is they would only own a Japanese bike or none at all! Guess alot of people Are missing out on all the fun.

Xmoto 250cc practice rides video
Here is a video of one of my practice rides after I replaced my snapped rear shock absorber. As you can see these bikes are really tough and fastbut if you jump them 4ft high x 20flong +, watch out. The rear shock might snap.
Those Black bike look really cool. Michael A
