Most eBay plastics are of lower quality and more brittle.
That being said, I wonder if they can be strengthened by any epoxy layers?

Just spray painting the plastics with epoxy should in theory make it stronger or more sturdy, though less flexible.

I would also recommend anyone to go for black plastics only.
Any color used is base white plastic with pigment.
But black plastics are made with carbon black as pigment, which is pure carbon.
Carbon hardens and toughens plastic, and makes it much more uv resistant.
Most colors or wraps work well on black plastics, just not the lighter colors, that need translucence from base or white plastics.
