If you want to figure out what that spoke spec should be, you could incrementally increase the torque setting, give the spokes the old tap test, and keep doing so until you hear that nice middle C note. That's the figure I would use. As for the Facebook group. Most of them are wannabe experts that got most of their information from me or other members here. This is the source of all their "expertise." I am on the same group as you. It mostly makes me laugh
