Stuttering 200cc shineray atv with vertical engine

Hi im new here and very excited to meet fellow china riders

Im haven a problem with my atv, it runs fine but has a stuttering / cut out every 3-4 sec in any rpm, its not a huge problem put it pisses me off

What i tried: new cdi, new coil, sparkplug and cap, new carburator with multible jets from 95-110, checked for airleaks at intake, valve timming, checked all wires from cdi.

last thing i can think of is a bad stator or pickup? any ideas ?

Welcome aboard! Did you check valve gaps? Try disconnecting the kill wire from the coil to rule out a faulty kill switch.

For giggles, try running the engine in darkness and look along the harness for an errant spark where there shouldn't be one. Eyeball the coil, spark plug wire, and boot, too.

There are also gadgets that plug on between the spark plug cap and spark plug that flash whenever there is a spark. Makes it easy to see when spark is intermittent.
