Doh! taotao 150cc lancer 2020yr

can anyone help me....my bike just recently started spuddering and will redline at 30mpr....put knew carb on and is still doing the same thing....

what do you mean by "redline at 30mpr" ?

Let's assume that is a typo... mph, not mpr

That scooter has a CVT type belt drive. If the CVT clutch fails to compress the belt it will remain at lowest gearing. So it will redline instead of remain at moderate rpm as you go faster. Your CVT drive clutch assembly might need attention.
