That looks like the gear shift indicator wiring ,no idea what bike you are playing with so the rest is up to you .Since you are in the pure dirt section ,if it was mine it would be removed and thrown out along with any other unnecessary junk you don’t need on a dirt bike .

Bike was running late week, And before I took it apart, I removed that plug, because someone else suggested, but then the bike wouldn’t start, so I think it maybe be something else. Just have no idea what it is.

Neutral start would be keeping it from starting ,you need to figure out which wires and connect them together

First question that isn't a burn job but a rub through job? If the plug in is in good shape, fix the wiring. Not knowing how much room is in there for the wiring it seems like an easy fix. Stagger the butt connectors so they don't make the wiring to fat for another rub through. And if things are close solder and heat shrink maybe the trick. Just some thoughts here and the neutral system wiring needs to be intact as stated.

Thanks, it’s worked, just barely enough wire to stretch to make it work with the heat shrink. What’s the best fuel for this four stroke?
