Vitacci pentora 250 question

So I have a pentora 250cc and it was sitting for like 2-3 weeks but before that it never smoked or nothing The engine was perfect.It had been sitting because I thought it had a dead battery but it was a blown fuse.So last week I fixed the blown fuse problem and started it but when i started it there was white smoke coming from the exhaust but It stopped within 30second and I thought that was it because it didn’t smoke anymore trough out the ride.Today I started it and It smoke again but it stoped within 5-10 seconds.I think it’s doing this because I had it outside while it was raining hard because I was using the wiring as reference to fix another atv.I only had it outside for like an hour-hour and 30 min.Could of water gotten into it within that time frame?I also had the seat off while it was raining.Any help is appreciated.

More than likely it's just moisture in the exhaust burning off.

So I had forgotten my key so I tried to hot wire it and it didn’t work and I blew the fuse

So I’ve been thinking it might actually be burning oil because when it smokes on start up it has a weird smell.but idk I might put a performance piston and see if that fixes it.if it was moisture burning off would it smell?

Also what hone did you use to hone ur jug?
