need advice on pz19 jettign for Icebear champion

After trying LOTs of carburetors (vm22, nibbi, pz22) on Icebear champion with 125cc loncin engine, I returned to pz19. some of them were too big or too tough to get it runnig right.
now with pz19 it starts and runs okay.
I live in denver colorado which is about 5300~5500ft elevation.
currently 80 main jet
I checked the sparkplug today and it was like this.

the bike bogs at 1/4 throttle so Ill try to raise needle one step.(am I right?)

I want to get the most out of this engine so please give me any idea about jetting!
