Brozz 250 Shift Shaft Play
I have started having a lot of clatter coming from the front sprocket. I replaced the front sprocket with a JT, because I thought the sprocket might have worn. Well, it’s a little more snug now. What I did notice was there seemed to be a lot of play in the drive shaft. What is the tolerance on play for it?

I’ll not sure about the shaft play.
But are you sure that noise you heard wasn’t from a stretched out chain? The Brozz stock chains are notorious for this. I just replaced the chain on my Recon with an aftermarket unit.

I have a X-Ring chain on it. It’s adjusted with about .63” slack. The front sprocket that I took off has a shiny ring around one side of it, just under the teeth.
