You can replace it with an aftermarket rim like this. https://www.amazon.com/Excel-ICK408-...%2C196&sr=8-52

You can absolutely replace just the rim. Any 36 hole Honda style wheel rim will work, so take your pick. I would probably order some spokes from CSC to replace any bent ones. Luckily they are fairly cheap.

120 bucks for the complete assembly. 36 bucks for the rim alone. Plus shipping.

While you are at it, get better spokes. The spokes are what makes a spoked wheels strong, you can get the best rim out there made for extreme competiton and it will break if the spokes are not good and adjusted properly.

Megadan, its getting pretty frustrating

I broke my break lever in Arizona and couldn't get any store to help.... finally one of the parts guys gave me a couple to try and what do you know.... an ATV one fit

I'm disappointed with power sport places, unless its and expensive job or a 50k sxs they kick you out immediately. Wheels, tires, levers, sprockets, relays....they have stuff that works in stock....

I'm willing to pay when I need help but it really feels like their unwilling to get their hands dirty

this experience of having parts/service people tell me they can't change rimand nothing would work has me seething... I'm done with asking for help

(this power sport place had 21' rim in stock)

/rant off

And this is why I refuse to shop the local shops. There loss! I have three bikes so down time means nothing. I'll order online for a fraction of the price and wait for it.
But funny thing a buddy of mine is a sales manager at one of the local shops. He had never seen any of my bikes and didn't know I owned a china bike. About a week ago he had came by the house. I took him to the she to show him the bike. First few words out of his mouth were " Nice bikes, nice Harley! I had to laugh and said Nope, and you're a motorcycle salesman? Take another guess. When i told them what each one was and let him take the Hawk and Ghost for a little ride down the street. He was impressed. And when i told them what they cost new he couldn't believe it. He sure had a whole lot of questions after that. lol I think he fell in love with the Ghost and might order one.

The trick is to just know what Honda bike the parts come feom. Levers? Say Honda Grom. Shifter? XR400. If the shop.wants a make/model to install tires, say Honda XL.

How bent is bent are we talking about here...Is it egged, taco'd or a pretzel?

If its just a bit of splay out then perhaps it can be given the vice clamp and bend or adjustable spanner rim coaxing.

Not sure of the china bikes are stealies or alloys.

First, CSC has the best after-sale support of anyone out there in the Chinese world. Give them a jingle or go to the website.
After that, most all Hondoid parts are readily available on Amazon amongst other places, online. Whether its a CSC, Zong, Bashan, etc.... they are all Honda clones and share a ton of the same parts. Unless you contact CSC directly, you can't shop by brand. You shop by clone.

2LZ,

They have fantastic support, they are currently out of stock on front rims/wheels. They have aftermarket wheels but I perfer the cheaper ones, the've really held up.

my stock tt250 wheels bent after being slammed into a canyon side....honestly i was really impressed

I'm trying to find a replacement 21 front, I'm guessing the hawk 250 has the same diameter for the axle ?

No, it actually doesn't. Hub style and axle diameter are different. At least not the standard Hawks.

General rule of thumb is it has to come from the same fork types. Standard forks use the same basic hub and bearing/axle sizes and USD forks share with other USD forks. That doesn't mean they still won't use a different front hub, but that is like a bit more rare, but still something to consider.

So, potential wheel options would be the BMS CRP250 and the Hawk DLX.

Alternative option if you have the patience and aptitude to lace a wheel, assuming you don't already know how. A Tusk Impact rim would work, but if you want black those are out of stock too. They run about 80 bucks, and are aluminum.

Other option would be to pick up a used Honda front rim or wheel and swap the rims out. Cheaper way to get a good strong rim if you are willing to put in the leg work to find one and some elbow grease to maybe clean it up and paint it.
