That's an easy fix. Just replace it with a round LED headlight assembly for less than $100.

Just as an aside, an acquaintance of mine picked up an older model GT250. It ran great, never had any problems (once he cleaned the carbs from sitting), but it hadn't been washed and waxed, and had been left outside. Paint was dull, paint on the frame was a bit chalky, and there was a lot of rusted hardware and faded plastic. Nothing mechanical wrong, even after sitting, but... I'll just say, they don't do well cosmetically with abuse or neglect. An old Honda you can usually wash and wax and have it looking halfway decent pretty quickly... not so sure the Hyosung will give you the same refresh.

Unfortunately Hyosung stopped exporting them to the USA in 2017. They had closed down there plant to build a new plant and started building again in 2019. It's a shame they stopped bringing them in to the US. They have a few new models. I like the GV 300 S Bobber. You can still buy some left over 2016 and 2017 bikes for a decent price.

The GV 300 S was one of the bike they were supposed to have brought to the US. I was invited to the headquarter to do a ride and review at the beginning of this year about a year ago but I guess sales on current bikes was so low they decided not to come back.

That's too bad.

The only thing I don't like about that bobber is the space between the seat and tank.

Personally, the Hyosung GT250 I had was one of the best motorcycles I've ever had.

Period.

Wish I still had it, but I traded it on on my Bandit 1200. Now I find myself wanting a smaller bike..go figure.

Weird, it's listed as a 125cc V-twin here;

Looks like some signals are crossed as that motor looks a whole lot bigger than 125cc. Where is it listed as 300cc?

There are two versions of the bike. a 125cc and a 300cc.
