Carb Leaking fuel

I noticed today when my daughter was riding her 70cc Lancin with pz19 carb. That im getting fuel from both the overflow and the roll over drains. its only happening when she is riding, once she stops And idles, there is nothing coming from the lines. The bike is running great but obviously this shouldnt be happening. The carb is brand new. May have 3 hrs of run time on it, as well as the fuel lines and filter. Anyone have any idea on what i should look at first? Im thinking Float/ fuel jet. How would i go about adjusting this? Thanks
