Zstar 250 engine into 2008 KFX 450r

Cracked the frame on the zstar and 450r motor wont be built for a few months now!
So heres what i came up with.....

I think I understand; you're putting the Zstar motor into the Kawasaki frame. Is that right?

that was plan except i miscalculated the carb clearance cause kfx has fuel injection

so welding the zstar frame and see if it hold up this time

It'd be tough to sleeve those corners without a bender, but it's workable with some heat and patience. I've used random pulleys in a vice to bend tubing like that.
