I just bought a 2006 roketa 200cc. I'm not sure of the model with is making it difficult to find parts, both oem and aftermarket. If anyone could help a guy with some links or places to find out my model, and or places to buy parts both oem and aftermarket, help would be appreciated. Closest I got to finding the model was on YouTube someone posted a roketa rdx 200e. But that's as far as I've gotten.
Also I would appreciate some advice on how to increase the top speed and get some more horses. UPDATE: I found out that the model is a roketa rkm 200E5. So now I could just use some help finding oem and aftermarket parts. And advice on how to get more horses and make it go faster. Thanks! Last edited by Monty2436; 08-11-2018 at 11:52 PM. |

Welcome! Please post pics of the bike, so we can have a better idea how to guide you.

I used used to have the same model but 2005. Metal plate behind the forks said it was made by Zongshen. Good little bike based as far as I can tell on a Beta Alp 200. Gearing was WAY too low for everyday riding. I put on a 32 tooth rear sprocket and a larger main jet in the carb. It would do a pretty solid 65 mph after that.

Thanks for advice about sprocket and jet! I'm trying to upload a pic but won't let me upload the ones I already have and forgot to take one last night. I'll try to remember tonight. Thanks again.

That is the same model I had except for the color. Changing the gear ratio made it much more road friendly. If you do go for a 32 tooth rear sprocket you'll find the chain sometimes rubs the swing arm. I added a rubber pad to the top of the swing arm.

That pic is a little too small for me to see any detail.

Good looking Bike! The fastest way to add pony's is to.. as they say "Un-cork it!"
That involves a performance pipe (unrestricted) and either a carb upgrade like a pumper or at very least you'll have to up your jetting for the exhaust, open up you air intake with like a high flow filter or a cone filter and then you can take on a sprocket change to handle those pony's you added. If you want to go at it like a mad man (JerryHawk250, Megadan) then look at head porting videos on Youtube.

Those bikes already have a pretty free flowing exhaust but the factory jets are too lean.
