I didn't measure. If it's 8mm then i'll drill out to a 10mm.

What, you don't have a hole shrinker.? Just drill out the foot peg for a 10mm pin if needed.

No, I lost my metric hole shrinker. It was in the same tool bag as my metric channel locks.

No, you sold it. It's called a welder.

That is what my MIG welder is for, including my spool gun for aluminum.
I sold my TIG setup

There was someone on here at one point who made adapters to use BMX bike pedals as pegs.

I will definitely report back on the battery and other parts of interest. It should work just fine though.

My left partially rides the peg and partially rides the kickstand. I’ve corrected countless times already but it keeps ending up there. The right side I have to point outward to avoid riding the brake and peg together but I constantly find it has creeped and riding both. I also strongly feel the pegs should be inches more forward to keep my weight off the bottom of the gas tank and more on the sit bones. Would probably be better for driving as well to not be scooted against the tank every 5 seconds. I don’t think these bikes are built for people over 6 feet tall but with 8 inch long arms. Like a TRex build. |

It sounds like you could benefit from a couple of changes. Perhaps reshaping the seat foam could stop you from pitching forward, which results in the feet pointing outwards. Maybe a shorter shock would also allow you to level out a bit. Just my $0.02

Everyone knows that only a TIG can shrink metric holes. You're going to need a conversion chart with a MIG.

I remember that. I thought about it, but decided that Pivot Pegz might be a better idea, since they spring back to neutral when your foot is removed. I think I'll just stick with my generic wide foot pegs.
