Please help Apollo 250cc wire issue

Hey guys I need help!! I just got my 250 put everything together and realized some how the 2 green wires that run into the clutch broke out and realized the little black holder is shot. I attached 2 picks I hope someone can help me bypass this because the bike won't start, it 100,% the issue

it should work with them connected or unconnected....just try..

Twist them together all it is is a safty to not let you crank it in gear without cluthch in it will make nc instead of no
