Ding in front wheel
On my last off-road adventure I put a small ding in my front wheel. No crack, spokes are fine and it’s on just one side. Tire still sits in the bead. With these being steel rims I’m guessing it’s fine to just keep riding on it but wanted the wisdom of more experienced riders...just in case.

Just as with a steel bike rim, examine closely (magnifying glass if needed) for cracks, check that tire runs true, check & adjust spoke tension.
Nothing to fret over as long as the bike rides fine. Alternate post for Safety Sallies: OMG!!!!! Oh No!!!!! It's a death trap! Bath it in herbal tea, use Thoughts And Prayers, rub sacred ointment on its chakra.

Seems like a great reason to look forward to that 19-inch front wheel and bigger brake option to me.

I've looked at that but I'm at the max height I want the bike to be due to being vertically challenged.
