Rode the hack to work this morning, 24F. It's 39F now and the late afternoon forecast is now for freezing rain. Remains to be seen if the ride home will be the hack or the company Fusion.

It's been warming up here, but the rain has been ceaseless. Some local chap that runs his own weather kit said the rain this January so far has completely outstripped the last two years that he kept data for. I believe it.

Still, it's been warm, and I've been riding.

The TT250 on those stock knobblies is absurdly good in the rain. I mean fantastic.

I don't envy those up north at all. I've been bitchin because it dropped back down to the 40s for highs until I saw what the northeast is getting ready to get. Hang in there guys.

I'm subscribed to this thread. A few years ago in May we got snow, I mowed the law the day before and had to bring out the snow blower the next day.

That is not from Bismarck but it does happen. Since you don't watch videos you can't see it. We had many Thunder Snow Storms this winter and broke the city record for snow fall. I saw lighting hit about a block away and I ran into the house.

Yeah, I'm pretty sick of winter right now. The new Scooter is looking all forlorn sitting in the basement with the Blaze and the Coolster wishing for nicer weather. I just want to go and ride, and now we're looking at anywhere between 3-5 and 8-12 inches of snow tonight and tomorrow. As I see it, if I have to lose and hour of sleep, I ought to get some nice riding weather in exchange!

In Pittsburgh and the surround 50 miles we usually get the worst of the region's weather, but occasionally it goes the other way. We were forecast potentially 8 inches of snow, it's all green outside right now.

The East is getting a pounding.

Yep, it looks like they really misforcasted this for the SW PA area (Not that I'm complaining in the least!) The current forecast for PGH and surrounding areas is in the 1-2 inch range. It's still looking to be a bit rough for those to our east, so be careful out there.

Still wish it would warm up out there.

19F right now. The Snowmageddon we were supposed to get sorta petered out. It's white outside but we only got a few inches.
